| Comment | Hemispherical bowls. The most predominant ware group is mineral-tempered and burnished ware. It contains a considerably large amount of coarse mineral inclusions that are clearly visible on the vessel walls and, as a result, add weight to the pots. Their unusually heavy weights are easily recognizable. The surface colours range from black to buff. ln general they were well fired, and even completely oxidized pieces are not rare. There are some pieces that also include fine vegetal temper together with coarse mineral inclusions, but they are restricted in number. |
