Comment | Animal bones were found southern of the Minoan ramp, beneath Room XIX and from the context beneath the one under Room XIX. They showed cuttings from dissecting the animals for food preparation. Mostly, there were sheep and goats, but also a lot of cattle and pigs. The 55 mollusks were found in the context beneath the one under Room XIX. |
