Comment A remarkable increase in objects like flat disc-shaped rings, clay discs of various sizes (tokens), cones, balls, and clay objects like "bullae" might be taken as indicative of a conceptual change at Cayönü from communal to personal owneship dealing with organized or reciprocal accounting trade over long distances. Early large room buildings (lr1) yielded various types of ground stone tools. The inventory of DK (lr1), EA (lr2), and DT (lr3) includes clay objects like balls, and a few bone tools. The rich assemblage of DT and its different features is noteworthy.
